I. Core Fulfillment & Delivery Timeline
Your order involves different processing timelines depending on product categories:

II. Freight & Logistics Options
- Ready-Stock & Sample Orders: Shipped via reliable air express lines (such as YunExpress) to North America, Australia, Japan, and New Zealand. Tracking numbers are provided within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Custom Bulk Orders (Option A - Recommended): We select cost-effective and reliable partner forwarders. Freight is calculated based on actual or volumetric weight. Minimum billing weight for wholesale is 21kg.
- Customer’s Own Forwarder / Account (Option B & C): You may coordinate your own freight forwarder for pickup from our Foshan facility, or supply a valid DHL/FedEx/UPS account for "Freight Collect" shipments within 24 hours of order placement.
III. Taxes, Customs & Import Duties
Shipping & Customs Notice
Shipments to the United States are shipped on a DDP basis. Import duty is included in your product price, and there will be no extra customs charges upon delivery.
Shipments to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan are shipped on a DDU basis. Import duties, GST or other local customs charges may be collected by the courier at the time of delivery. These fees are not included in our product price and are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot predict or control these customs charges.
YongFa Packaging ships directly from our factory in China.
- Ready Stock Orders: Listed prices for ready stock items include applicable shipping and baseline taxes where configured.
- Custom & Bulk Quotes: Quotes are provided exclusive of destination import duties, VAT, GST, or local taxes. All import duties and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer (consignee).
Estimated regional tax rates for reference:
- 🇺🇸 USA / Canada: Duty varies by HS code (0–20%)
- 🇬🇧 UK: 20% VAT
- 🇦🇺 Australia: 10% GST
- 🇯🇵 Japan: 10% Consumption Tax
IV. Risks, Tracking & Address Accuracy
- Transfer of Risk: Once the package is handed over to the logistics provider, risk of loss or transit delay is managed through carrier terms.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate. Any resend fees or extra costs caused by incorrect addresses will be borne by the buyer.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for transit disruptions caused by custom holds, extreme weather, port congestion, or carrier strikes.
