Please review our shipping and fulfillment terms below.

I. Core Fulfillment & Delivery Timeline

Your order involves different processing timelines depending on product categories:

II. Freight & Logistics Options

  • Ready-Stock & Sample Orders: Shipped via reliable air express lines (YunExpress) directly from China to North America, Australia, Japan, and New Zealand, arriving in just 5–8 business days. Tracking numbers are provided within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • Custom Bulk Orders (Option A - Recommended): We select cost-effective and reliable partner forwarders. Freight is calculated based on actual or volumetric weight. Minimum billing weight for wholesale is 21kg.
  • Customer’s Own Forwarder / Account (Option B & C): You may coordinate your own freight forwarder for pickup from our facility, or supply a valid DHL/FedEx/UPS account for "Freight Collect" shipments within 24 hours of order placement.

III. Shipping & Customs Notice (DDP vs. DDU)

YongFa Packaging ships directly from our manufacturing facilities in China. To provide transparency, our tax and customs obligations vary by destination:

  • United States (DDP): Shipments to the United States are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Import duty is included in your product price, and there will be no extra customs charges upon delivery.
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan (DDU): Shipments to these regions are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Import duties, GST or other local customs charges are not included in our product price and may be collected by the courier at the time of delivery. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

IV. Risks, Tracking & Address Accuracy

  1. Transfer of Risk: Once the package is handed over to the logistics provider, risk of loss or transit delay is managed through carrier terms.
  2. Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate. Any resend fees or extra costs caused by incorrect addresses will be borne by the buyer.
  3. Force Majeure: We are not liable for transit disruptions caused by custom holds, extreme weather, port congestion, or carrier strikes.
