1. Intellectual Property Rights

Any logos, trademarks, or design artworks provided by the client for custom printing remain the sole property of the client. However, the client guarantees that they possess full legal rights, licenses, or authorizations to use such designs. Yongfa Packaging shall not be held liable for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from raw materials or artworks provided by the customer. Original structural designs, die-cut lines, and mold patterns developed by Yongfa Packaging remain our exclusive intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Customization & Sample Confirmation

• Approval: Mass production will only commence after the client has provided formal written or digital approval of the pre-production sample (or 3D digital mock-up).
• Manufacturing Variance: Due to the inherent nature of paper manufacturing, flexographic printing, and die-cutting, slight variations in color (Pantone vs. Screen display), paper texture, and grammage may occur. A dimensional tolerance of ±2mm and a quantity tolerance of ±5% are recognized as international industry standards and shall be deemed acceptable.

3. Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable Policy

All customized products (including but not limited to branded Butterfly Cups, custom coffee filters, logo-printed greaseproof papers, and takeout boxes) are manufactured specifically to your bespoke requirements.

• Once the mass production process has officially begun following sample approval, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect or a significant structural deviation from the approved sample.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for punctual delivery and work closely with premier carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, YunExpress, and trusted freight forwarders), Yongfa Packaging is not responsible for transit delays caused by third-party logistics, customs clearance procedures in the destination country, or force majeure events (including but not limited to raw material shortages, environmental/governmental regulations, port congestion, or labor strikes).

5. Product Usage & Regulatory Compliance

The client assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the chosen packaging materials (such as unbleached kraft papers, filter papers, lidless cups, or food containers) comply with local food safety regulations, environmental laws, and packaging standards of their specific region, country, or market sector (e.g., FDA, EU food-contact standards, or PFAS-free mandates).
