SECTION 3 - B2B ORDERS, CUSTOMIZATION & PROOFS
As a B2B packaging supplier, many of our products involve custom printing, sizing, and design.
- Artwork Approval: For all custom-designed packaging items, the client must review and provide final digital or written approval of the artwork/proof before mass production begins. We are not responsible for any typographical, design, or layout errors once the final proof has been approved by the client.
- Color Variations: Due to differences in monitors, printing processes, and raw paper materials, minor color variations may occur. Reasonable industry-standard tolerances regarding color accuracy and material thickness shall apply.
SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice, especially due to fluctuations in global raw material costs (e.g., paper, pulp) and ocean freight rates. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (IF APPLICABLE)
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
SECTION 6 - LEAD TIMES AND SHIPPING POLICY
All custom packaging orders are subject to specific production lead times (typically 15-20 business days) and international transit schedules as outlined in our Shipping Policy. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only, and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.
