Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for choosing YongFa Packaging's customized products. Since each product is individually manufactured to order, please review our logistics policy below to understand the timeline and shipping terms.

I. Core Timeline: Production and Transportation

Your order involves two main phases:

  1. Production & Manufacturing (Approx. 15-20 working days): After payment, your order enters the production queue. This covers material preparation, manufacturing, and quality inspection. Timelines may be extended during peak seasons.
  2. International Shipping (Approx. 30-45 calendar days): Once handed over to the carrier, shipping usually takes 30-45 days depending on the destination. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery time, as factors like customs, weather, and holidays may cause delays.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 45 to 65 days from the date of your order.

II. Freight and Logistics Options

We offer three solutions to cater to your needs:

  • Option A: Our Partnered Freight Forwarders (Recommended)

    • We will select a cost-effective and reliable carrier for you.
    • Calculation: Freight is calculated based on Actual Weight or Volumetric Weight (whichever is greater).
    • Minimum Requirement: For customized or wholesale orders, the minimum weight is 21kg. If the total weight is below 21kg, the freight will be charged at the 21kg unit rate.

  • Option B: Customer's Own Freight Forwarder

    • You may coordinate with your own familiar freight forwarder or agent to handle the pickup and transportation from our facility.

  • Option C: Customer's Express Account (Collect on Delivery)

    • If you wish to use your own DHL, FedEx, or UPS account, please email your account details and pickup information to Jison@yongfa-packaging.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
    • Please ensure your account is valid for "Freight Collect" shipments originating from China.

III. Shipping for Stock and Sample Products

  • Stock Products: Shipping costs are borne by the customer. However, free shipping may be available if the order reaches a specific amount (threshold varies by product type).
  • Sample Products: Shipping fees for samples are the sole responsibility of the customer. Samples are not eligible for free shipping promotions.

IV. Risks and Responsibilities

  1. Transfer of Risk: Once the product is delivered to the logistics provider, the risk of loss, damage, or delay is transferred to the buyer.
  2. Tracking: We will provide a tracking number after shipment. We have no control over the operations of the logistics provider during transit.
  3. Customs and Tariffs:Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost. All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer (consignee). Yongfa Packaging is not responsible for any delays, additional charges, or confiscation of goods caused by customs authorities. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.
  4. Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate. Any costs resulting from incorrect addresses will be borne by the buyer.

V. Our Commitment

  1. We promise to produce and deliver high-quality customized products within the agreed production period.
  2. If goods are damaged or incorrect before transportation (while in our custody), we will reproduce or repair them free of charge.
  3. Friendly Reminder: Due to the uniqueness of customized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges without valid quality-related reasons. Please confirm all designs before purchasing.

Important Notice on Import Duties & TaxesYongfa Packaging ships from China. All international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, or other taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the buyer's responsibility and are not collected or remitted by Yongfa Packaging. Estimated tax rates by region:

  • 🇺🇸 USA/Canada: Import duty varies by HS code (0–20%)
  • 🇬🇧 UK: 20% VAT
  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 10% GST
  • 🇯🇵 Japan: 10% Consumption Tax
  • 🇮🇳 India: 12–18% GST
  • 🇮🇩 Indonesia: 11% PPN
  • 🇷🇺 Russia: 20% НДС
