Legal Notice & Disclaimer

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Any logos, trademarks, or design artworks provided by the client for customization remain the property of the client. However, the client must guarantee they have the full legal right or authorization to use such designs. Yongfa Packaging shall not be held liable for any copyright infringement arising from materials provided by the customer. Original structural designs or mold patterns developed by us remain the intellectual property of Yongfa Packaging unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Customization & Sample Confirmation

• Approval: Mass production will only commence after the client has provided written approval of the pre-production sample (or digital mock-up).

• Variance: Due to the nature of paper manufacturing and printing, slight variations in color (Pantone vs. Screen), paper texture, and weight may occur. A dimensional tolerance of $\pm 2mm$ and a quantity tolerance of $\pm 5\%$ are considered industry standards and acceptable.

3. Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable Policy

All customized products (including but not limited to branded Butterfly Cups, custom coffee filters, and logo-printed boxes) are manufactured specifically to your requirements.

• Once the production process has begun following sample approval, orders cannot be cancelled.

• Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect or a significant deviation from the approved sample.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for timely delivery, Yongfa Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics, customs clearance processes in the destination country, or force majeure events (e.g., raw material shortages, environmental regulations, or strikes).

5. Product Usage

The client is responsible for ensuring that the chosen packaging materials (e.g., filter paper, lidless cups) meet the local food safety regulations and standards of their specific region or country.
