OVERVIEW This website is operated by Yongfa Packaging. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Yongfa Packaging. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

SECTION 1 - B2B WHOLESALE TERMS

Our store is primarily a B2B (Business-to-Business) platform. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing products for professional, commercial, or business use. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 - CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS & PROOFS

For customized items (e.g., custom-printed pizza boxes, burger boxes, or branded sleeves):

Final Approval: Once the digital proof is approved by the customer and moves into production, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Color Variance: Please note that slight color variations may occur between on-screen proofs and the final printed product due to the CMYK printing process and material texture.

SECTION 3 - MANUFACTURING & QUALITY STANDARDS

Tolerance: Due to the nature of paper packaging manufacturing, a quantity variance of +/- 5% and minor cosmetic imperfections (such as slight scuffing from transit) are considered industry standard and not grounds for a full refund.
Defective Goods: Any functional defects (e.g., structural failure of the Butterfly Cup or V60 filter paper) must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence.

SECTION 4 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DUTIES

We ship to global markets including North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and Russia.

Incoterms: Unless otherwise stated, all international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis.
Import Duties: The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country.
Delays: Yongfa Packaging is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes or international logistics disruptions.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, product names (including the "Butterfly Cup"), and images on this website are the intellectual property of Yongfa Packaging. Unauthorized use or reproduction for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 6 - PAYMENT & CURRENCY

All prices are listed in USD (or your local selected currency). For large-scale wholesale orders handled outside the Shopify checkout, a 30% deposit is typically required to start production, with the 70% balance due before shipment.
