Products & Customization

What types of custom food packaging do you offer?

We manufacture a full range of custom-printed food packaging including paper cups (hot & cold), butterfly lid-free cups, takeout boxes, burger boxes, sandwich boxes, pizza boxes, noodle boxes, dessert & bakery boxes, cup sleeves, double-cup carriers, and coffee filters (V60 cone and round urn filters). All products are available with full-color custom logo printing.

Can I print my logo and brand colors on the packaging?

Yes. We support CMYK full-color printing, Pantone color matching, foil stamping, embossing, and spot UV. Send us your logo in AI, PDF, or high-resolution PNG format and our design team will prepare a digital proof for your approval before production begins.

Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable packaging options?

Yes. We offer kraft paper packaging, compostable materials, soy-based inks, and recyclable corrugated options. All materials meet food-grade safety standards. Ask about our eco-friendly packaging range when requesting a quote.

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We provide physical samples before bulk production begins. Sample lead time is typically 7–14 days. This allows you to verify print quality, material feel, and structural integrity before committing to a full production run.


Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

What is the minimum order quantity for custom food packaging?

MOQ varies by product:

  • Custom paper cups: 5,000 pcs per size/design
  • Custom takeout boxes: 5,000 pcs
  • Custom burger & sandwich boxes: 1,000–3,000 pcs
  • Custom pizza boxes: 1,000 pcs
  • Custom cup sleeves & carriers: 1,000 pcs

Not ready for a custom run? Our ready-to-ship retail collection has no minimum order — order as few as 50 pieces to test before scaling.

Can I order different designs in one production run?

Yes, with conditions. Mixed designs in one run are possible if the product type and material are the same. MOQ applies per design. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.


Shipping & Lead Times

How long does it take to receive my custom order?

The full timeline from order to delivery is typically 60–90 days:

  • Sampling & design approval: 1–2 weeks
  • Bulk production: 15–20 working days
  • Ocean freight to US West Coast: 14–21 days
  • Ocean freight to US East Coast: 28–35 days
  • Ocean freight to Australia: 18–25 days
  • Ocean freight to Europe: 28–35 days
  • Customs clearance & local delivery: 3–7 days

We recommend ordering at least 90–110 days before your opening date to allow for customs and peak season delays.

Do you ship to the United States, Australia, UK, Canada, and Europe?

Yes. We ship worldwide via ocean freight (LCL and FCL) and air freight for urgent orders. We have experience exporting to the US, Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, Netherlands, UAE, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Can I use my own freight forwarder?

Yes. We can deliver on FOB, CIF, or DDP terms — ask us for a quote.

What happens during Chinese public holidays?

Production pauses during Chinese New Year (late January to mid-February, 2–4 weeks) and Golden Week (first week of October). Place orders at least 6–8 weeks before these periods to avoid delays.


Compliance & Food Safety

Is your food packaging FDA compliant?

Yes. All our food contact materials meet FDA requirements for food packaging used in the United States. We provide FDA food contact material compliance declarations with every order.

Do you provide EU and Australian compliance documentation?

Yes. We provide EU EC 1935/2004 compliance documentation for European orders and FSANZ-compliant materials for Australian orders. All inks and coatings are food-safe and free from restricted substances including BPA and heavy metals.

What certifications do your materials carry?

We can provide material safety data sheets (MSDS), test reports, and compliance declarations upon request. Contact us for specific certification documentation relevant to your market.


Pricing & Payment

How much does custom food packaging cost?

Indicative 2026 ex-factory (EXW) pricing:

  • Custom paper cups (5,000 pcs): $0.08–$0.18 per unit
  • Custom takeout boxes (5,000 pcs): $0.12–$0.35 per unit
  • Custom pizza boxes (1,000 pcs): $0.45–$0.90 per unit
  • Custom burger boxes (3,000 pcs): $0.15–$0.40 per unit

Ocean freight and import duties are additional. Request a free quote for exact pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, and major credit cards. Standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment.

Do you offer discounts for large or repeat orders?

Yes. Volume discounts apply above certain thresholds, and we offer preferential pricing for repeat customers and long-term partnerships.
